The word “boudoir” instantly makes you think you have to be naked or show yourself in ways you aren’t comfortable with. I’ve reinvented that thought for everyone who has done these shoots with me! Lingerie and nudity is not required. Actually, there is only one requirement: be yourself. Boudoir photoshoots can be done in any type of clothing, so please don’t stress about if you have an outfit or not. The point to these shoots, is for you to gain more confidence in yourself and really grasp the understanding that you should love yourself no matter what you’re wearing!
Once per year. Confidence forever.
The Annual Boudoir Marathon only happens once each year. It will always be held the first Saturday in February. The annual shoot day is special because we have a hair and makeup artist come in, snacks, gift bags, and just an amazing all around experience.

3 years ago my best friend, Chelsea and I set up a “boudoir shoot” at her house as a test to see if it was something I could do. We set up curtains, sheets and lights, and then photographed until we ran out of ideas. The turnout was not that bad for what we had to work with… With that under my belt, I decided to strike out and find a studio to rent for a day and give everyone the experience! That’s how the annual shoot was born. Chelsea and I hauled furniture, home decor, gift bags, and so much more to this studio on the first go round. We quickly learned we didn’t need half of what we brought, because it wasn’t about the props. It was about the women that signed up and what they need confidence in. It was that moment that we realized we were literally changing women’s lives! Over the course of the boudoir journey, we’ve cried, laughed, and had some amazing feedback that just can’t be be expressed. If you can plan for the annual, I would highly recommend it! If not, I typically hold a second boudoir day during the year. The second day is not as extravagant as the first, but still just as amazing! We strive to make you feel and see the real you, and just how beautiful you truly are.

If you are looking for a confidence booster, Blair is the girl you want behind the camera. She has an ability to make you feel comfortable that just comes natural to her. After getting married and having a child, I lost my sense of feeling beautiful in my own skin. With the help of Blair posing me for each shot and Abby Pendry for KILLING my hair and makeup, I felt like a rockstar in that room. I had no idea what I was doing but Blair walked me through each image and even gave me a sneak peek during the session so that I had the confidence to continue taking the pictures. If you're lucky, you might even get to have her friend Chelsea as your hype girl (which I needed to help me relax and shake the nerves). Blair knows exactly what she is doing and truly has a passion for photography. Her editing style left me speechless when I received my pictures. I can't say enough good things about Blair, especially the annual boudoir shoot she hosts. Ladies, do not miss out on this shoot. You will walk away feeling on top of the world!
